because she is that crazy person that she is. from inside her gresham home sunday, janays mother, angela blakley told me her daughter... a high school senior... was in the wrong place, at the wrong time. shot in the head friday night while visiting friends in suburban north chicago. she was not the intended target. hey chicago... (cheers) just a few hours before janays death, her 14 year old sister sat behind president obama at her high school, while he talked about gun violence and the murder of hadiya pendelton, a death which janay took personally. me and janay talked about life and death all the time.. like mama.. i just dont understand it. its so sad. she would see the parents on tv crying and be like 'mama, i dont understand... i never in my wildest dreams thought theyd be talking to me about my own daughter being gunned down. janay had a three month old baby boy... and talked often about going to culinary school after graduating in june and about making a difference . its a difference which will now have to be carried on by others. all the children who are doing positive things.. t

angela merkel in berlin on tuesday. he is now in paris where he is due to hold talks with french president francois hollande. >> the u.s. secretary of state and his french counterpart will give a news conference a little later. we expect them to stand shoulder to shoulder on the issue of mali. the u.s. has backed the intervention in mali and has offered logistical support to french troops. a reminder of just how precarious the situation is in moly with this car bombing which is reported to have killed seven people. what everybody is more interested in hearing about today is what the two men will set on syria. there are reports that the u.s. is going to shift its policy slightly to an offer direct assistance to the syrian opposition. we will have to wait and see what happens in that news conference. france and the u.s. had a good relationship. the relationship nosedived after the 2003 invasion of iraq, but they seem to be getting back on track. they certainly seem to be singing from the same song book on the issues of mali and syria. >> barack obama is calling for both sides in co

496 charge is. and california has like angela was saying, has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the state that makes it and it is difficult to buy a gun, where people have to in california, the firearms dealer has to be licensed and there is background checks and ten-day waits. that has been standard for many years. and there are limits on how many guns can be purchased and it goes on about the record keeping and particularly it talks about our gun laws penalize access for children due to negligent storage. so there was mention of the new york law, i believe was modeled on the california law. and there are two like, you can own a gun in california. but there are two, there are people that cannot have a gun and there are certain guns that you cannot have. so in california, it prohibts certain people from having a gun, if you are a felon or if you are an addict you cannot have a gun. if you are subject to a court order, while that is in effect, you can't have a gun. whether it is a restraining, order or an injunction you can't have a gun if it says so, also if you have a history o
